Core Technology

The Technology Behind Greentech

A patented, passive fuel enhancement technology engineered to support cleaner combustion — without additives, electronics, or engine modification.

Positioning

What Greentech Is

Greentech is a passive fuel enhancement system installed within the fuel tank. It does not alter fuel chemistry, inject substances, or interfere with engine control units (ECU).

Instead, the system creates a stable physical environment that supports improved fuel atomization and combustion behavior during normal engine operation.

Passive, Non-Electrical Design

1

No Power Required

Operates without external power sources, sensors, or electronic control. The ceramic material draws energy from its surroundings continuously.

2

No Additives

No fuel additives or chemical treatments are involved. The mechanism is purely physical — nothing is added to or consumed from the fuel.

3

No Modifications

No engine disassembly, calibration, or ECU tuning is required. Drop the device into the fuel tank and it begins working within 30 minutes.

Ceramic Material

Chemically-Coated Ceramic

What It Is

The core of every Greentech device is a proprietary ceramic material with a chemical coating engineered to interact with hydrocarbon fuels. This ceramic is housed inside a stainless steel enclosure that protects it while allowing full contact with fuel.

The ceramic absorbs ambient thermal energy from its surroundings and converts it into far-infrared radiation at a specific wavelength range (2,900 to 3,300 cm-1). This wavelength precisely matches the energy level of van der Waals forces between fuel molecules.

Fuel Behavior Optimization

Hydrocarbon fuels exhibit molecular aggregation under real-world conditions, which reduces effective surface area during combustion.

Greentech's ceramic structure interacts with the fuel environment, disrupting intermolecular bonds and breaking large molecular clusters into smaller units. This results in lower viscosity, reduced surface tension, and finer fuel atomization during injection.

Key Properties

Why Ceramic Technology

1

Far-Infrared Emission

Ceramic absorbs thermal energy and emits targeted far-IR radiation that matches van der Waals force wavelength.

2

Self-Powered

No external power source needed. The ceramic draws energy from the surrounding environment continuously.

3

Physical, Not Chemical

No chemical reaction occurs. No catalyst is consumed. The ceramic material is never depleted during operation.

4

All-Temperature

Viscosity tests confirm effectiveness at room temperature and 0 degrees C winter conditions. Works in all climates.

5

Rapid Activation

Measurable viscosity reduction within 30 minutes of contact with fuel. Effect continues for over 37 days.

6

10+ Year Lifespan

Because nothing is consumed, the ceramic maintains its properties for over a decade of continuous use.

Stability

Thermal Stability & Air Support

Thermal & Flow Stability

Greentech is engineered to maintain structural integrity under typical fuel system temperatures and operating pressures, supporting consistent operation across varying load profiles.

Integrated Air Support

Optional Air Refining Device (available in G11, D11, D21, D51 models) uses nano negative ion technology to purify intake air and increase oxygen content, working in coordination with optimized fuel behavior for maximum combustion efficiency.
