A passive, non-electrical system designed to support cleaner and more complete combustion.
Industrial-Grade Materials & Engineering Design
Greentech devices are precision-engineered using high-performance materials designed to operate reliably within the demanding environments of modern fuel systems.
Engineering Philosophy
Fuel systems expose components to continuous flow, pressure variation, chemical exposure, and elevated temperatures. Greentech's design focuses on long-term stability, compatibility, and non-reactive behavior.
Our objective is consistent operation throughout an extended service life, ensuring the system remains a permanent asset to your engine's efficiency.
Material Selection Principles
Fuel Compatibility
Selected to remain stable when exposed to gasoline, diesel, LPG/CNG, and blended fuels under varying chemical operating conditions.
Thermal Resistance
Engineered to maintain structural integrity across extreme automotive and industrial temperature cycling, from 0°C winter to tropical conditions.
Structural Durability
Designed to withstand vibration, pressure fluctuation, and high-velocity continuous flow without any internal deformation.
Product Components
Ceramic Core
Proprietary chemically-coated ceramic material that absorbs thermal energy and emits far-infrared radiation at 2,900-3,300 cm-1 wavelength to disrupt van der Waals forces in fuel molecules.
Stainless Steel Housing
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel enclosure protects the ceramic core while allowing full fuel contact. Column-shaped units (36-38mm length, 16-18mm diameter) fit through standard fuel caps.
Air Refining Device
Available in select models (G11, D11, D21, D51). Uses nano negative ion technology to purify intake air and increase oxygen content for enhanced combustion efficiency.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Greentech devices are produced by Moletech Group in Taiwan under strict controlled manufacturing processes with absolute attention to dimensional accuracy.
Third-Party Certifications
ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
Moletech Group manufacturing facility is certified for Quality Management (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001) standards.
SGS Certified
Material safety and chemical composition verified by SGS — the world's leading inspection and certification company. All materials are chemically inert in fuel environments.
Government Verified
Test results certified by government laboratories in Australia (DOTARS), India (KSRTC), Ethiopia (ECAE), and witnessed by TUV Rheinland Taiwan.
Model Range & Scalability
The Greentech product lineup spans 13 models designed for fuel tank capacities from 20L to 500L, covering gasoline, diesel, LPG/CNG, and marine applications.
From the compact G-Ball for scooters to the D51 for heavy-duty fleet operations, every model uses the same core ceramic technology — scaled and packaged for its target application.
